It’s crucial to have a close-knit circle of family and friends who support you in achieving your life goals. Balancing a full-time job and maintaining a blog can be quite challenging. I have realized that even a simple blog post shared on social media can have a significant impact on my family and friends. Although I would like to make friends at work, I am concerned that they may not share the same values and priorities as my loved ones at home. This is why I make sure to return home every year and discuss my personal accomplishments and future plans with my family.

It can happen anytime to see in your colleagues’ family and friends’ models. I have seen it many times in colleagues of higher authority or new teammates. But not all are making it okay throughout a stressful day to keep your values, ambitions, and work targets in one place as a family member or friend could do!
Back in the school, we had a teacher principal who always taught us to make gifts to each other. I would reward any work colleagues with something if my work results are brilliant every second I work. But sometimes I make mistakes and need to recognize the old better results; otherwise, I change my work.
